Eirik Leiren

Eirik Leiren graduated with a law Master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen (2015), specialising in corporate law and labour law. Since 2015, he has been employed by Sandanger Advokatfirma DA, which provides commercial legal services from its offices in Bergen.

He has experience in negotiations and training in negotiation techniques from Harvard University (the Workshop negotiation course and the Advanced negotiation course at Harvard Law School, organised by the Norwegian Association of Lawyers). A number of disputes are both suitable for and can be resolved amicably through negotiations.

Eirik Leiren works with a number of disciplines and has particular experience in labour law, sales law, contract law, property law, dispute resolution and litigation.

In the field of labour law, he works with issues such as downsizing and dismissal, assisting both companies and private individuals. In the field of sales law, he works with disputes relating to boats, cars and housing (cancellation, price reductions, compensation, etc.). Assistance related to property law includes, in particular, advice and dispute resolution for companies in connection with property development, new construction, renovation, etc., as well as advice and dispute resolution for private individuals in connection with home purchases.
